CCA’s 2026 Annual Convention is in Full Swing

DENVER, Colo. - Day two of the Colorado Cattlemen’s Association’s (CCA) 2026 Annual Convention is underway! Yesterday, we kicked off the convention with three rounds of committee meetings featuring industry updates, educational presentations, and policy discussion. As always, our committee meetings brought together producers and industry personnel for a day of productive collaboration. Thank you to the committee members, chairs, and guest speakers for participating in yesterday’s meetings.

During Monday's lunch, CCA recognized the 2026 Leopold Conservation Award winner, Eagle Rock Ranch of Jefferson, Colo. Congratulations again to the Gottenborg family for implementing various conservation practices on their working lands that benefit the ranch's livestock, natural resources, and wildlife habitat. Today begins with the ninth annual Ranching Legacy Symposium, with speakers Dr. Stephen Koontz, Garrett Edmonds, and Colin Woodall. An afternoon off-site with Colorado State College of Agriculture and the Veterinary Education & Research Complex will follow the Symposium. Attendees will end their evening with the “Under the Big Top” Trade Show Wrap-Up Reception and “Big Top Bash” Banquet filled with engaging programming and live music. See below for a full schedule:
