CCA's Annual Convention is in Full Swing
|
LAKEWOOD, Colo. - Colorado Cattlemen’s Association (CCA) is surging through the second day of the Annual Convention. Yesterday, it hosted three rounds of committee meetings focused on critical updates, education, and lively policy discussions. Each committee meeting allowed attendees to engage with experts in all sectors of the beef industry and discuss industry opportunities and challenges. Thank you to the committee members and guest speakers for participating and engaging.
During Monday's lunch, CCA also celebrated the 2024 Leopold Conservation Award winner, Hamill Ranch of Hamilton, Colo. Congratulations again to Jake Hamill for implementing various conservation practices that benefit the natural resources, wildlife, soil health, and water of his ranch. Today’s schedule includes the seventh annual Ranching Legacy Symposium, the first Grassroots to Grasstops Affiliate and Membership Session, and CCA’s American Cowboy Reception and Banquet at the ProRodeo Hall of Fame. - Join CCA for a reception, banquet, and evening of fun at the ProRodeo Hall of Fame Museum. The night will include several award presentations, CCA presidential addresses, connecting with new and old friends, live music from Kade Hoffman, and, as always, a delicious beef dinner!
If you can’t make it today, you can get involved during tomorrow’s morning events. CCA’s Beef and Business breakfast will begin at 8:00 a.m. tomorrow.
