LAKEWOOD, Colo. - Registration is open for Colorado Cattlemen’s Association’s (CCA) 2023 Annual Convention, which will be held on June 19-21, 2023 at the Steamboat Grand in Steamboat Springs, CO. Every year we eagerly anticipate gathering for our Annual Convention, and this year is no exception as we are looking forward to our three-day event, filled with association business, education, critical updates, networking, and more!
The convention starts on Monday, as members will engage in CCA committee meetings where their voices can be heard and policies that shape the future are formed. Be sure to engage with your committee and submit any resolutions for the committees to the CCA office. Lunch on Monday will include the presentation of the Colorado Leopold Conservation Award. In the evening, we will greet our trade show exhibitors and sponsors with a Welcome Reception.
Tuesday morning will begin with a “Grab and Stay” networking breakfast in the trade show. After the breakfast, attendees will participate in the 6th Annual Ranching Legacy Symposium, where attendees will not only hear industry and current issues updates from state and federal partners, but also the afternoon sessions will include requested presentations from industry stakeholders, experts, and agency partners. In the afternoon and evening, CCA’s “Mountain Meat-Up” will have award presentations and leadership recognition. The evening will also be full of great food, socializing, and plenty of fun activities for the whole family. You won’t want to miss it!
Wednesday is the final day of the event and will begin with the CCA Beef and Business breakfast, which includes updates from association local affiliates and affiliated organizations, such as the Colorado CattleWomen, Colorado Cattlemen's Agricultural Land Trust, and Colorado Beef Council. CCA’s Business session will be conducted after the breakfast.
