Cattlemen's Verified Program

With verification programs, such as age and source, opening up new marketing opportunities for beef producers, the Colorado Cattlemen’s Association has joined forces with IMI Global to offer CCA members a suite of verification tools.  Verification processes are based on a simple concept: say what you will do, do what you say and be able to prove it with records.

This is a great opportunity for producers to be proactive and potentially garner a dividend in the process. CCA is proud to support and contribute to Colorado producers’ needs, and will continue to work toward enhancing the livelihood and environment for Colorado beef producers.

Source and Age Verification:  This program offers beef producers access to foreign markets by verifying where your cattle came from and their age.

No Hormone Treated Cattle:  This program allows U.S. beef producers to market their beef to the European Union by verifying that they have not beef treated with any hormones.

Verified Natural Beef: Third party verified that cattle have not received: added hormonal growth promotants, antibiotics of animal byproducts, and are Source Verified. Meets the requirements of natural beef programs and meets USDA's NEW NeverEver3 Program requirements.

Verified Green Program: Ranch can be identified as environmental steward by adopting certain conservation management practices or reducing the environmental footprint of their operation.
